Trade Binding Services Ltd recently selected KEE Environmental Ltd to design and install a waste extraction system at their new factory.

Having worked closely with Trade Binding Services Ltd in the past, KEE were their preferred supplier to provide the system.

The new system was to provide continuous 24 hour waste extraction to two guillotines, a three knife trimmer, saw and binder.

KEE specified their Rotary Waste Separator arrangement as the means of separating the paper waste trim from the conveying air stream and delivering it to the compactor units.

A trouser leg diverter assembly was installed to allow two compactor units to operate in tandem and a reverse flow dust filter unit was installed to handle the dust carry over from the separator unit.
KEE also supplied a fully intergrated electrical control panel to suit both their equipment and the waste compactor.

The installation was planned to fit in with the factory production schedule and completed over a three week period.

Upon completion, the system was commissioned and operator training was given.

As with all KEE waste extraction plants, the system was supplied with a twelve month guarantee.
