Georgia Pacific (Dublin)
When Georgia Pacific decided to upgrade the existing waste extraction system at their factory in Dublin, KEE Environmental Limited were selected to carry out work.
Having completed several projects for their facility in Bridgend, KEE were asked to carry out a survey of the existing system and recommend the most effective and cost efficient method of upgrading.
It was evident that the existing rotary separator assembly was experiencing issues with blockages due to the continuous trim being handled.
KEE decided to replace this unit with their Static Screen Separator to overcome the issues.
A new reverse flow dust filter was also installed to handle the tissue dust being discharged by the separator.
The system was fitted with a purpose designed multiple pressure sensor assembly and motorised damper system to allow complete flexibility.
The installation was planned to fit in with the Georgia Pacific production schedule and completed on time.
