DS Smith

DS Smith Tri-Wall recently selected KEE Environmenral Limited to design, Manufacture and install a new dust extraction system to serve two saws at their Monmouth Factory. 

The remit was to provide extraction from two points on both saws, design a new additional extraction table, floor sweep up point and flexible vacuum hose point.

The dust filter was to be cost effective and low maintenance with good dust collection capacity.

KEE selected their Type MK3 dust filter with plastic collection bags and top section weathering.

A balanced ductwork system was installed with flexible connections to each extraction point.

The installation was completed and commissioned over a two day period.
